PARTICIPATION
1. Competition commences 10/10/24 and closes 11.59pm AEDT 31/10/24 (“Entry period”).
2. Information on how to enter form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry to the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Competition is only open to Eligible Entrants. An “Eligible Entrant” is an individual who, at the time of entry is a resident of Australia aged 13 years or older. Any entrant under the age of 18 must seek parental permission before entering competition.
4. Winner will be announced Thursday 07/11/24
5. Only winners will be contacted.
PRIZE
1. Major Prize (valued at $2,000): The advertised prize of “Win Pappa Flock For Your Flock – V.I.P Treatment” includes 3 feasts for
you and 3 mates at your nearest Pappa Flock restaurant over a 3 month period. This includes a “Stretch Hummer” limousine return trip from one location within Sydney metro (up to 30km one way).
2. An Eligible Entrant must follow Pappa Flock Instagram or Tik Tok. Their chosen 3 “tagged mates” must also follow Pappa
Flock Instagram or Tik Tok.
3. Food prize is to be consumed in restaurant. Excludes takeaway or delivery.
4. Group of four (4) must include at least one responsible adult 18yo+.
5. The prize is not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
ENTRY
1. To enter , an Eligible Entrant must have a current Instagram / Tik Tok Account and follow the entry instructions in these
conditions.
a. Follow Pappa Flock @pappaflock on Instagram and/ or Tik Tok
b. “Tag” 3 friends on the post
c. Each of the “tagged” 3 friends to follow Pappa Flock @pappaflock on Instagram and / or Tik Tok
2. One Major Winner will be selected by random selection.
3. All entrants must ensure that their entries are posted online during the Entry Period. Pappa Flock takes no responsibility for
any late entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications service or equipment.
4. All entrants agree to give Pappa Flock the use of his/her name, account name and image in any publicity material, as well as
their entry.
5. Pappa Flock reserves the right to repost any entries throughout the Entry period and use them for promotional purposes.
WINNERS
1. The Pappa Flock Marketing Team will randomly choose 1 x Major Prize winner after the Entry period closes.
2. Only the Major winner will be notified by Direct Message on Instagram or Tik Tok within 7 days of the closing date. If the
winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
3. Each winner will be required to provide Pappa Flock with details requested by the promoter to redeem their prize
GENERAL
1. Pappa Flock takes no responsibility for any incident that occurs outside their venue(s). When travelling to our venue, Group of four (4) assume personal liability when entering and exiting the Stretch Hummer and are bound by the terms
and conditions of the assigned car hire company “Humming in a Hummer”.
2. Group of four (4) will be fully liable to pay any additional charges from the car hire company as a result of overtime, waiting time or car hire damage.
3. Pappa Flock shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions,
such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
4. Pappa Flock also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
INSTAGRAM / TIK TOK
1. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram and/or Tik Tok.
2. By entering the Competition, each entrant releases Instagram and/or Tik Tok from any and all liability to the entrant arising in any way from the conduct of the Competition.
3. All information provided by a Promotion entrant is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram and/or Tik Tok.
a.) This offer is valid until 31st May 2024, inclusive, and is redeemable for pick-up at Pappa Flock Forestway Shopping Centre, Frenchs Forest only.
b.) To redeem the $7.90 Flock Box Promo — including 3 Chicken Tenders, 1 Pappa Flock Sauce, Seasoned Chips, Buttery Toast & Regular Drink of choice (Lemonade/Iced Tea +50c) — customers must download the Pappa Flock App, and choose either Original or Spicy Flock Box plus a drink from the Frenchs Forest pick up menu. Customers can then collect their orders at restaurant at the collection time displayed on their app order and by quoting their order number to crew.
c.) Each customer is limited to two $7.90 Flock Boxes per visit.
d.) Offer is not available via delivery.
e.) No modifications are allowed except for the drink of choice.
f.) This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers.
g.) Pappa Flock reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. This promotion is subject to availability of the Flock Box items and may be discontinued if supplies run out.
