2. The first 50 Customers who purchase (minimum $5 spend) at our Rouse Hill Grand Opening Day on Thursday 17 April 2025 will receive a free $50 Pappa Flock Gift card.
3. Rouse Hill Grand Opening Day special trading hours are 12pm to 10pm.
4. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
1. Maximum of one Gift Card per Customer.
2. Only valid for Customers that order in -store over the counter or at the self-ordering kiosk. Not valid on Online and Delivery orders.
GIFT CARDS
1. Gift Cards can be used across all Pappa Flock restaurants. Cannot be used on Delivery orders.
2. To use Gift Card, scan barcode in-store over the counter or use the Gift Card number for Online orders via Pappa Flock App or website.
3. You don’t need to use the whole card value in one transaction.
4. To check the balance of your Gift Card, take your Gift Card in store and ask one of our friendly Crew who can assist you.
5. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
6. Gift Cards have an expiry of 36 months from date of issue.
7. Pappa Flock is not liable to the cardholder for any losses incurred due to redemption or use of Gift Card.
8. Gift Card holder is liable for all transactions on their card, irrespective of Purchaser. Lost, stolen or damaged cards are not replaced or refunded.
9. Where it is necessary to provide a refund where the purchase was on Gift Card, those funds will be refunded back onto the same Gift Card. Standard terms and conditions for Refunds still apply.
GENERAL
1. Pappa Flock shall have the right, at it’s sole discretion at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions. Such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
2. Pappa Flock reserves the right to cancel this Promotion if circumstances arise outside of it’s control.

1. $7.90 Flock Box Promo at Pappa Flock Forestway Shopping Centre, Frenchs Forest
a.) This offer is valid until 31st May 2024, inclusive, and is redeemable for pick-up at Pappa Flock Forestway Shopping Centre, Frenchs Forest only.
b.) To redeem the $7.90 Flock Box Promo — including 3 Chicken Tenders, 1 Pappa Flock Sauce, Seasoned Chips, Buttery Toast & Regular Drink of choice (Lemonade/Iced Tea +50c) — customers must download the Pappa Flock App, and choose either Original or Spicy Flock Box plus a drink from the Frenchs Forest pick up menu. Customers can then collect their orders at restaurant at the collection time displayed on their app order and by quoting their order number to crew.
c.) Each customer is limited to two $7.90 Flock Boxes per visit.
d.) Offer is not available via delivery.
e.) No modifications are allowed except for the drink of choice.
f.) This offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. Offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, or offers.
